June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, and recent social media posts about men’s mental health gained widespread attention across platforms. A popular Instagram account shared a post urging men to seek mental health support. The post received more than 1.3 million likes, and several comments encouraged others to “check on your friends.” A Reddit post asked men to share about their mental health, and more than 2,400 Reddit users shared their experiences seeking mental health support and treatment.
